From signup to a configured Samson system.
Samson is designed to connect to a customer's existing exchange account without taking custody of bank credentials or moving funds into a Samson-owned account. We prefer Binance where available because it provides the exchange connectivity Samson is designed to work with today.
Start with the level of infrastructure and support you need.
Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans determine the level of infrastructure, support, reporting, and customization included with the account. Pro and Enterprise customers receive dedicated infrastructure options, while Enterprise deployments can be tailored around organizational requirements.
After signup, we review the selected plan and begin the onboarding checklist. Most customers are typically configured and ready within 24 hours, depending on the plan, exchange-account readiness, and any custom requirements.
Your exchange account remains yours.
Samson connects to a supported cryptocurrency exchange through the exchange's API. Binance is our preferred exchange where available.
The customer creates the API credentials inside their own exchange account and supplies the API key and secret through the onboarding process. Samson uses those credentials only for the permissions required for the configured service.
You decide how much capital Samson is configured to manage.
During setup, the customer chooses the starting trading balance. That amount becomes part of Samson's configuration and is used to establish the system's operating limits, exposure controls, and position-sizing framework.
The funds remain in the customer's exchange account. Samson does not require the customer to send trading capital to a Samson bank account or provide bank-account access in order to trade.
We prepare the system before trading is enabled.
Once exchange access and the starting balance are confirmed, Samson is configured for the customer's account. Setup includes account-specific operating parameters, risk controls, exchange connectivity checks, service health checks, GeoRisk acquisition-gate readiness, and verification that the exchange connection can read the information required to operate safely.
- Verify exchange API connectivity
- Verify account and trading permissions
- Confirm available starting balance
- Configure exposure and risk limits
- Verify GeoRisk acquisition-gate and risk telemetry
- Verify market-data connectivity
- Verify order and reconciliation safeguards
- Confirm monitoring and service health
Trading begins only after setup is complete.
After configuration and verification, the customer is informed that Samson is ready. The system can then be activated for the approved exchange account and configured balance.
The customer can revoke the exchange API credentials from the exchange account whenever they choose. Because banking credentials are not part of the Samson connection, there is no need to share access to a bank account for normal operation.
Most customers are usually up and running within 24 hours.
Standard onboarding is normally the fastest path. Pro accounts include dedicated-server setup, and Enterprise accounts may require additional infrastructure, policy, reporting, or integration work.
Timing can vary when exchange verification is incomplete, API permissions are not yet available, or the deployment includes custom Enterprise requirements.
Your bank is not part of the Samson connection.
Exchange connection: Samson operates through exchange APIs rather than online-banking credentials.
Customer custody: Trading funds remain in the customer's exchange account.
Customer control: API keys and permissions are created, controlled, and revocable by the customer.
No bank-login sharing: Samson does not require a customer's bank username, password, routing number, or bank account number for normal trading operation.
